This quarter, our service team operated across 7 countries including Japan, Bangladesh, Argentina and the United States, reflecting the continued global reach of our equipment and support services. These international visits demonstrate our commitment to maintaining strong client relationships worldwide and ensuring consistent performance standards across all regions.
Over the course of Q3 our team visited a total of 45 cities including Buenos Aires & Dallas providing installation, maintenance, and support services to a wide range of clients.
We completed 70 visits, encompassing a combination of new equipment installations and routine service appointments. These visits ensured that systems were set up to the highest operational standards and that existing units continued to perform efficiently. The mix of installation and maintenance work reflects a healthy balance between supporting our growing customer base and sustaining long-term relationships through ongoing service and technical support.
The oldest equipment we visited this quarter was 14 years old, highlighting both the durability and longevity of our systems in the field. However, it also underscores the importance of proactive maintenance and potential upgrade planning to ensure continued reliability and performance.
The most frequently used system recorded a total of 1,678,518 cycles, equating to 16,785.18 litres of work completed. This equipment, located at a university, demonstrates exceptional longevity and consistent performance under high-demand research conditions. The data highlights both the reliability of the system and the significant level of usage achieved within an academic environment.
