“We purchased a CF2 cell disruptor to replace our old machine. The cell disruptor which is mainly used for lysing bacterial cells was delivered in March 2022. The new CF2 is super-fast to process the sample and is very easy to operate and clean. The level of the service we have received from Constant Systems from discussing the need, all the way to servicing the equipment (including purchasing, installing, and training) has been magnificent. I cannot think of a better company when it comes to customer service at all levels (sales, admin, and service department). Super happy with our purchase and the way Constant Systems limited has looked after us over the years”.
