August Service Round-Up 🔧
August was another busy and varied month for our service team, with a mix of planned maintenance visits across the UK and USA.
From the University of Bristol and Harvard University to the University of Oklahoma and University of Warwick, our engineers were out supporting customers and keeping their Constant Systems equipment running at its best.
It was also a month of contrasts — we serviced a piece of equipment at Ohio State University that is almost 15 years old, while also completing another new installation at the University of Leeds — the 9th piece of Constant Systems equipment we’ve installed at the University to date.

It’s a great reminder of the longevity of our equipment and the importance of having the right support throughout its working life.
During August, several maintenance agreements also reached the end of their current term, giving us the opportunity to reconnect with customers and discuss their ongoing support requirements.
Not every agreement results in an immediate renewal, but maintaining communication with our customers is just as important. Circumstances and equipment requirements change, and we’re always happy to discuss the best support options available.
Our aim is simple:
Keep your equipment running.
Keep your team supported.
Help you get the most from your Constant Systems system.
Another month done — and plenty more service visits, installations, and customer conversations ahead!
