I’d like to share our latest Monthly Service Visits Report, highlighting another busy month for our service team across both the UK and the USA.

In the UK, our engineers continued to support customers throughout the “Golden Triangle,” ensuring systems remain operating at peak performance and reliability.

Across the USA, our team travelled extensively, covering five states: Florida, Iowa, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin. These visits included routine servicing, customer support, and the successful installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Key installations completed this month included:

• New Multicycle unit Installed at a Biotech Research company in Madison, Wisconsin. This is the 3rd unit we’ve installed in the city.

• Continuous Flow (CF1) System at the University of Ohio, this is the 3rd unit we’ve installed at the University.

• Continuous Flow 2 (CF2) unit Installation at OrganaBio/RxMP Therapeutics Miami

These visits are more than just routine maintenance – they are an important part of our commitment to supporting clients, optimising system performance, identifying improvements, minimising downtime, and helping facilities achieve their operational goals.
