At Constant Systems, we’re not just about precision in cell disruption—we’re also committed to delivering world-class service and support wherever our systems are running. Our dedicated team of Service Engineers have had an exciting and ambitious travel itinerary this spring, visiting labs and facilities across the globe to ensure our customers remain at the cutting edge of their research and production.
Here’s a glimpse into where our engineers have been—and where they’re heading—during Q2 of 2025.
🇺🇸 United States: Coast to Coast Coverage
Our U.S. service journey began on the East Coast in Rockville, Maryland, a hub for biotech innovation and pharmaceutical research. From there, we travelled to the vibrant heartland, making a stop in St. Louis, Missouri—home to an ever-growing biotech and academic scene.
Heading westward, Salt Lake City welcomed us with its stunning mountain backdrop and thriving research community. The journey continued to Tempe, Arizona, where the sun shines as brightly as the innovation happening in local university labs.
No U.S. tour would be complete without a stop in Los Angeles, California—a global leader in biotech and life sciences. Our engineers wrapped up their U.S. visits by bringing expert support to some of the most forward-thinking institutions in the industry.
🇨🇦 Canada: Cutting-Edge in the North
North of the border, we visited Edmonton, Alberta, where academic excellence and life sciences are fuelling a powerful research ecosystem. Our team was on hand to provide preventative maintenance and technical support, ensuring optimal performance of Constant Systems equipment.
🇩🇰 Denmark: Danish Precision in Copenhagen
A quick hop across the Atlantic brought us to Copenhagen, Denmark. Known for its clean design, efficient systems, and robust biotech sector, Copenhagen proved to be an ideal destination for collaboration and service excellence.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: Across England’s Research Heartlands
The UK has long been a stronghold of scientific advancement, and our engineers covered some of its most iconic and dynamic locations.
We started in London, the ever-busy capital, where world-renowned institutions continue to push scientific boundaries. Then onto the academic powerhouses of Oxford and Cambridge, where centuries-old traditions meet cutting-edge research.
Further north, we supported facilities in Newcastle, York, and Leeds, all thriving centres for biomedical and pharmaceutical sciences. In Harlow and Saffron Walden, we connected with both established customers and new partners, ensuring their systems were operating with peak efficiency.
Scotland: Scientific Strength in the Highlands and Lowlands
Scotland’s contribution to life sciences is unmatched, and this quarter, we made essential visits to:
- Glasgow – A vibrant city blending innovation with tradition.
- Dundee – A centre of medical research and discovery.
- St Andrews – Home not only to beautiful coastlines but also to world-class research institutions.
Looking Ahead
Q2 2025 has been a fulfilling quarter for our service team. These visits are about more than just maintaining equipment—they’re about strengthening partnerships, understanding evolving research needs, and reinforcing the confidence our customers place in Constant Systems.
Whether in bustling metropolises or charming university towns, our commitment remains the same: to support scientific progress, one system and one visit at a time.
Stay tuned for our Q3 destinations—and as always, if you need us, we’ll be there.
