Constant Systems On the Move – Service Team Travels Q4 2025.
Here’s our Q4 Service Update with a very busy end to 2025 across ten Countries!
The Service Team had a packed end to the year completing visits across ten countries supporting clients in Belfast, Brisbane, Dartmouth (Canada), Perth, Oxford, St Andrews, St Louis, Sydney, Tallinn, Tokyo and Wellington (New Zealand).
The key highlights were new installations in Wellington, New Zealand and Tokyo, Japan:
- AROTEC Diagnostics Ltd, Wellington – We installed a new CF1 unit for AROTEC, a company committed to setting new standards in autoimmune diagnostics. This system now holds the distinction of being the southernmost piece of equipment we support worldwide.
- Tokyo Metropolitan University, Japan – A new MC unit was successfully installed for Dr. Mai Watanabe, completed in collaboration with Nikiglass Co. Ltd—our first installation together. We look forward to this being the start of a strong and productive partnership in Japan.
Additional installations took place in the UK, including a Multi -cycle at Loughborough University, our first piece of equipment at the university, a new CF1 at a large CDMO on Teesside with our partner BPES, and another unit at the Dorothy Crowfoot Building at the University of Oxford.
Overall, it has been another exceptionally busy and productive end to the year for the Service Team, marked by global reach, new partnerships, and continued commitment to our expanding clients.
