A Warm Welcome to Our New Mascot
We are delighted to officially introduce Buster the Bear, the newest member of the Constant Systems family and our official company mascot!
Buster made his debut during a recent Sales & Service Training event held at our headquarters from 27th – 29th May 2026, where we had the pleasure of hosting Julianna from Berner Lab, our valued channel partner serving the Nordic region.
The three-day training programme provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen technical expertise, share best practices, discuss new opportunities across the Nordic market, and further develop the strong partnership between Berner Lab and Constant Systems.
More Than Just a Mascot
While Buster may be small in stature, he has a big role to play.
As our new travelling ambassador, Buster will be accompanying our team on:
- Service and installation visits around the world
- Customer training events
- Scientific conferences and exhibitions
- Distributor meetings
- Industry trade shows
- Team adventures and holiday travels
Wherever Constant Systems goes, Buster will be there to help capture the journey and showcase the people, partnerships, and places that make our business special.
Buster’s First Adventure
Buster’s first official appearance during Julianna’s training visit was a great success. He quickly became part of the team and helped celebrate another important milestone in our commitment to supporting distributors and customers worldwide.
The visit reinforced the importance of ongoing training and collaboration, ensuring our partners have the knowledge and confidence to provide exceptional support to researchers and laboratories across their regions.
