This month has been an extremely busy and rewarding period for our Service Department, with our engineers continuing to support customers across the globe.
Our team has been privileged to work with some of the world’s leading universities and top biopharmaceutical organizations, providing expert preventative maintenance services, upgrades, repairs, and technical support for critical laboratory equipment. Supporting these world-class institutions reflects the trust our customers place in our knowledge, responsiveness, and commitment to excellence.
Our engineers have travelled extensively this month, completing service visits across Australia, England, Japan and Singapore. Whether working in research laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, or academic institutions, our goal remains the same—to keep our customers’ equipment operating reliably and efficiently.
One of the highlights of the month was visiting a client in Tokyo alongside our newest channel partner for Japan, Nikiglass. The visit provided an excellent opportunity to introduce our client to our partner while delivering technical training to their engineering team. It was a valuable step in strengthening the relationship and supporting the successful deployment of our solutions in the Japanese market.
