Service round up for July 2026

July was primarily focused on supporting our industrial partners, with the Service Team carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance visits across the UK, USA, and Canada.

Our engineers travelled to a number of locations, including St Andrews, Dundee, Glasgow, Liverpool, Oxford, and Macclesfield in the UK, as well as Seattle, St Louis and Dayton in the USA, and Dartmouth in Canada.

A particular highlight was a visit to a large biotechnology research company in Seattle, USA, which currently operates eight Constant Systems units. Supporting customers with multiple systems is an important part of our service offering, helping to ensure their equipment remains reliable, well maintained, and ready to support their ongoing research.

July also saw two significant installations. At the University of Manchester, the university welcomed its 6th Constant Systems system, further strengthening our long-standing relationship and supporting its ongoing research activities.

In Dayton, USA, our team also installed a second CF2 Continuous Flow system for an existing customer. This installation highlights the continued confidence customers place in Constant Systems technology as their research requirements and capacity grow.

Dayton Installation

Overall, July was another busy month for the Service Team, continuing to support our customers and industrial partners through preventative maintenance, installations, and technical support wherever they are in the world.
