September was a quieter month for our Service Department in terms of client visits, but it gave us a great opportunity to focus on something equally important – supporting and developing our global distributor network.

Throughout the month, we welcomed distributor engineers from:

🇰🇷 KoreaITS, Korea
🇹🇭 Bang Trading 1992 Co., Ltd., Thailand

Our distributor engineers received up-to-date service and maintenance training on our Constant Systems Cell Disruptors, giving them the latest knowledge and practical experience needed to support clients locally.

This helps us maintain the high level of technical support our clients expect from Constant Systems – wherever they are in the world. 🌎

It was also a great opportunity to share experiences, catch up with familiar faces and meet some new ones along the way.

A big thank you to all our distributor engineers for making the journey and taking part in the training. We look forward to seeing the knowledge gained put into practice in the field!
